Born in Morocco, Souheil spent a majority of his childhood and high school years working in kitchens and dining rooms during which time he developed a strong acumen for restaurants and hospitality. Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Souheil brings a culmination of international experience to the table, making him well suited for the melding of cultures in the Reston community. Souheil is the "heart" behind what makes Neyla special.

ERICH VON GEHREN
Chef Erich von Gehren is a seasoned chef for more then thirty years and the executive Chef and creator of the new NEYLA menu.
Erich moved to the Eastern Mediterranean where he has opened many restaurants and learned the finer details of authentic Lebanese Cuisine. While in the states he has conceptualized and opened critically acclaimed dining icons in and around Washington, DC including Paolo's, Georgia Brown's, J.Paul's and Old Glory.
